CANCELLATION POLICY
At Eden & Hive Beauty Therapies, we understand that life can be busy and plans may change. However, as a small independent business, late cancellations and missed appointments have a real impact. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 50% of the total appointment value. Non-arrival without any notice may result in a charge of up to 100%. You can contact us to cancel via phone, email, social media messaging, or in person. To help avoid missed appointments, we send out email reminders 24 hours in advance — please ensure your contact details are up to date with our team.
